Topic- The project that we have decided on is River cleaning

The issue that we have chosen is water pollution and cleaning rivers. Rivers are becoming polluted because People are sometimes careless and throw rubbish such as bottles and chip packets directly into rivers. All of the rubbish continuously builds up over the time being. To help with this issue we are going to try and clean whatever we can in our local rivers. 

Our job is to make sure that we have a clean safe environment and to have clean rivers that are absolutely safe for swimming. For this generation and many more to come.

We need people who are willing to advertise the organisation joining with websites to link together An organisation	An organisation that needs our help	If an organisation does not want our help we can start our own fundraiser	Cathy,kim,joseph, and I	idk

Try and find out what organisations there are that are willing to help us with this situation after asking MR Rogers or any other teachers to read our letters to them. Or even having someone from ECAN come in and talk to everyone.	We can achieve this goal with the help of our community around us and we can get help from the school, Maybe even create posters that can advertise a clean up.	Things that could be a barrier for this activity are like if the, rivers are just way too dangerous for us. Or maybe even if these Organisations don’t allow volunteering	Cathryn, and Kimberley will be taking care of emailing organisations	The email should be sent by 20/11/17

Nov, 21 2017 Today we contacted (ECAN) Environment Canterbury and we also contacted (CCC Christchurch city council)  and are now waiting for a responce.
